Just think! What could you achieve if you could design and accomplish everything that you desire, easily? This is something that Richard MacKenzie asks his clients regularly. The reason that he asks them such an open ended question is that he believes with complete conviction that an individual is capable of achieving all of their wildest dreams and more!

"By ordering this book today you will be starting your new life from now, knowing that the life that you always dreamt of is just days away!

The techniques that you will learn in Richard’s groundbreaking new book will both challenge and inspire you to achieve the truly impossible. One of his favorite quotes comes from a man called Henry Ford. It says “Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right.” He believes that if we change and challenge the things that we believe about ourselves, that we can ultimately change and take control of our own destinies.

For instance, commonly people will think things like, "I'll never have enough money", "People don't appreciate me or value what I have to say" and, "No one really likes me". These are all beliefs and with the knowledge and techniques that you can find in Self-Change Hypnosis, you can get rid of them and start living instead of just existing!

I love this book for two big reasons

This is a copy of the review that I put on Amazon.

User Review

Good Points First, it doesn't just have the usual slimming, phobias, confidence, and smoking. It also tells you how to hypnotise yourself to go after your own goals more effectively.

Second, I found it easy to read and follow. No fancy words or complicated instructions. You just read the book, choose your problem, and do what it says.

I've read other self-hypnosis books, and this has to be the easiest to read, understand and actually do. I found it easy to apply the work to myself and actually get results.

Well worth the money.

User Review

Good Points A refreshing book about hypnosis It answers many questions that those who are new to this art form may ask. Contains many scripts that can be used or adapted to your personal needs.

Richard does take the time to explain in easily understandable language some of the more complex aspects of our art include why it may sometimes not work and explains how to remedy this situation.

This book is suitable for those why desire a good basic introduction to hypnosis and can also be recommended to those who are new to this amazing and powerful means of personal change.

The scripts are constructed in such a way that you can adapt them to your particular needs and situation.......Making your own scripts is a very empowering process, much less passive than using a more generic motivational CD. Highly recommended!

Does What it says on the Cover!

6 of 7 people found the following review helpful
Throughout life we learn behaviors that set up limiting beliefs and unhelpful mindsets. These can lead to lack of confidence, weight gain, relationship challenges, career limits, lack of finance, lack of motivation, poor physical and mental health, etc. etc. If you recognize any of these or feel unable to shift then you need a method that will help you break free from a repeating mindset.

Richard MacKenzie's book Self-change Hypnosis provides proven methods for breaking those patterns and creating new neural pathways to set you free and enable you to surge forward with renewed clarity and focus.

Highly Recommended!

Practical Hypnosis

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful
Hypnosis has the reputation of being something performed at night clubs to impress crowds rather than something which may be used to change your life in a positive and meaningful way. This is unfortunate. It probably owes much to do with general skepticism about any "cure alls". Such skepticism is generally warranted; any program which claims to solve all the problems in your life is probably making grander promises than it can fulfill.

Richard MacKenzie, on the other hand, does not promise to solve all of your life's promise. Rather, his method of Self-Hypnosis equips you with the emotional robustness needed to "put things in perspective." As soon as you employ one of his techniques successfully you will not only find that you are able to overcome particular psychological blocks, but that your entire view of what constitutes a meaningful problem--be it lack of self esteem, jealousy, or even financial insecurity--may be reconstructed. Insurmountable difficulties become merely the aggregate of smaller, simpler and less intimidating questions which may be answered one at a time. So rather than worrying about how you are going to achieve financial or personal success, MacKenzie's method allows you to see WHAT constitutes your own criteria for success and how you might go about in a step-by-step way living your life in a happier, kinder and more thoughtful way.
