Moshe Feldenkrais is one of the true genesis of our times yet he is little known to the wider world. I find this book to amongst his most enlightening works. If you have little knowledge of his wok it is a very good place to start. The copy I have was published by Dr Richard Bandler and Moshe Feldenkrais had a big influence on Bandler and greatly influenced some of Richard's approaches to NLP.

Reading and more importantly using and working with this book will allow you to begin to notice the little things that make the most profound changes in our lives. For those you who have an interest in NLP you will begin to understand where some of Richard's more subtle concepts had there roots.
