A manual for good mental health…

I love this book. It is fun and challenging at the same time. I especially liked the mention of Shame Attacking as this is something that I do with my clients when we are working on anxiety and self esteem.

This book really covers just about every area you could want to know about to improve your mood and your life.

I have even heard that it is available on the NHS.

Good Points Fun to read and easy to understand.
Bad Points It is a massive book. Having said that though it is also great for just dipping in and out of.
